Adventure in Vietnam: A Report from Bisbee Coffee Company

I recently had the privilege of embarking on a 15-day journey through the cities of Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Saigon along with my adventure buddy Suzanne. It was an experience like no other, filled with breathtaking scenery, rich history, and death-defying scooter rides.
The Vietnamese countryside was nothing short of stunning, with lush green hills and winding roads that offered breathtaking views. We visited ancient temples and monuments that spoke to the country's rich and fascinating history.
One of the highlights of our trip was the Tet holiday, which we were able to celebrate with our coffeehouse manager, Ly Nguyen, and her extended family and another adventurous coffee crew member, Jessica Seekatz. The Holiday was a touching and humbling experience, one that showcased the warmth and hospitality of the Vietnamese people and the importance of family.
But the true thrill of the trip came from riding scooters through the bustling streets of Vietnam. It was a death-defying experience, with swarms of motorbikes zipping through the narrow roads and alleys. But despite the chaos, we found it exhilarating and truly unforgettable.
Of course, we were also there to sample the coffee, and we were not disappointed. One of the most memorable experiences we had was with egg coffee. A blend of egg yolks, and condensed milk. The smooth texture of the egg yolks and the bold flavor of the coffee combine in a manner that is both satisfying and fulfilling.
Another method of brewing coffee we encountered was the Phin, a traditional Vietnamese style. Using a small, single-serving filter, it creates a concentrated, flavorful cup. The result is a drink that exemplifies the ideal of efficiency and effectiveness.
And finally, we had the opportunity to try coconut coffee. A perfect example of the integration of strength and grace, it blends strong coffee and creamy coconut milk to create a drink that revitalizes and refreshes. I knew then that I had to bring it back to Bisbee Coffee Company, where it could be appreciated by our more adventurous coffee fans.
This trip was a testament to the importance of the coffee culture around the world and its impact on America. I was able to immerse myself in the rich culture and history of Vietnam, and to sample some of the finest coffee in the world. And I am proud to announce that we will soon be adding egg coffee, coffee Phin, and coconut coffee to our menu, so that our customers can experience the same level of excellence that I discovered in Vietnam.
This journey was unforgettable and I hope to share its lessons and thrills with you through our new menu offerings. Thank you for your support.
