Dark and Delicious
I love a truly dark roast, and it can be hard to find a heavily roasted bean that doesn't taste burned. The fine folks at Bisbee Coffee have figured it out. This Sumatra is about as dark as it gets. The beans are shiny with oils, and evenly roasted. The flavor is well balanced, earthy, strong, with hints of spice and maybe even chocolate, and a very slight acidic tang, all without being too bitter. This coffee is perfect to pair with ice cream, or after dinner, or a giddyup in the morning. Enjoy!
