These Billing Terms & Conditions outline how payments, charges, and billing-related matters are handled when you purchase from Bisbee Coffee Company.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit Cards
  • Cash (for in-store purchases only)

All payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout.

Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout in accordance with local and state regulations.

Billing Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize Bisbee Coffee Company to:

  • Charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount
  • Process additional charges if required for order adjustments or corrections (with prior notice where applicable)

Payment Confirmation

  • A billing confirmation is issued once payment is successfully processed.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be completed.

Billing Errors & Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:

  • Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe
  • We will review billing discrepancies and resolve verified errors promptly

Refunds & Adjustments

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend orders suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Request additional verification before processing high-risk transactions
