How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Because we roast in small batches, you receive coffee that hasn’t been sitting on shelves—just thoughtfully roasted and ready to enjoy.

Where are you located?

We are located at 2 Main St., Bisbee, Arizona 85603, right in the heart of downtown Bisbee. We’re a working coffee roastery and café serving fresh coffee, pastries, and sandwiches daily.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of 2 lbs of coffee or more. Shipping charges for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We do not accept physical product returns. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the product price (shipping not included).

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-store purchases. All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
