At Bisbee Coffee Company, we take pride in ensuring your coffee reaches you fresh, fast, and carefully handled. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Shipping Regions
Currently, Bisbee Coffee Company ships orders within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed immediately Monday-Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended but most delays are attributed to the Shipper.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping
The shipping carrier is selected based on destination and operational efficiency to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping is available on orders of 3 bags of coffee or more.
- Orders below this threshold are charged standard shipping fees, calculated at checkout.
- Shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on your location, but generally fall within:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Bisbee Coffee Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we carefully package every order, shipping issues may occasionally occur.
- If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or incomplete, please contact us promptly.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
- Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
Holidays & Closures
- Shipping operations may be limited or paused on Christmas and Thanksgiving.
- Orders placed during holidays may experience delayed processing.
