Returns

  • We do not accept product returns.
  • However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund in accordance with the policy below.

Refunds

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Refunds are based on customer satisfaction, not product return.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in future order restrictions.
