Peru

The Andes mountains produce this beautiful coffee from almost 6,000 feet elevations. The coffee is picked by hand and co-operatively sold.  Roasters will often use this coffee in place of good Colombians as the flavor profile can be similar. Caramel and chocolates with vanilla. We take this coffee to a medium roast just before the second crack takes removes the nuances this Peru offers.
